Hi, I’m Gregory. I am a hands-on problem solver, woodworker, and retail strategist with an eye for design and a head for systems. My work combines operational precision with human-centered leadership, grounded in the belief that strong teams are built through clarity, craftsmanship, and care.
At Orville’s Home Appliances, I have led improvements in store organization and streamlined internal workflows. Most importantly, I played a central role in implementing a mentorship-based training program that reflects my commitment to valuing the whole person. Seeing others grow and feel essential has guided my years of service as a Community Habilitation Instructor and continues to shape how I lead and build culture.

Started a woodworking practice rooted in classic design principles of longevity, durability, and function. What began as a personal passion grew into a client-facing business.
Designed, built, and sold handcrafted pieces ranging from cutting boards and coasters to large-scale custom work, including built-in cherry bookshelves for a private study conversion.
Created a compact, efficient workshop layout that streamlined workflows, made the most of limited space, and supported projects at every stage of the build.
